In nyc, Skip McCoy, an pick-pocket sets off a string of events when he goals Candy that is ex-prostitute and steals her wallet. Unaware she was making deliveries of classified information to the communists, Candy, that has been trailed by FBI agents for months in hopes of nabbing the spy ringleader, is sent by her ex boyfriend, Joey, to get Skip and retrieve the valuable microfilm he currently holds.
