James jesse and Meowth have just completed building a giant new Team Rocket headquarters, also will soon host a grand gala to show it to the manager. Several Whismur Pokemon (with maracas at your fingertips ) have been enslaved to offer the entertainment of the day, much to their dismay. But when the remainder of the gang, Torchic, Mudkip and Pikachu find their way and to the jail cell of the Whismur, they know they will need to free their own comrades! Throughout the coming escape effort, both foe and the friend alike can't help but bust in class despised galore!
