Psych-Out
Jenny is a deaf runaway who has just arrived in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood in search of her long-lost brother, a mysterious bearded sculptor known as The Seeker. Mumblin' Jim, a psychedelic band comprised of Stoney, Ben, and Elwood, accepts her as a member. They hide her from the fuzz in their crash pad, a Victorian mansion full of love beads and necking couples. Dave, Mumblin' Jim's truth-seeking friend, thinks the band's pursuit of success is "playing games," but he agrees to assist Jennie anyway.
