Rags follows the narrative of Charlie Prince, an orphan living with his unloving and acerbic stepfather and loathed, simple-minded step-brothers. Charlie's dream is to be a singer, also while he is talented and may write music, he still also can not seem to grab a break. Kadee Worth, on the other hand, is still an global pop phenomenon and could be music mogul Reginald Worth's daughter. As she is known by the entire world she is secretly frustrated by wearing clothes people choose on her and playing with other people's songs. Kadee wants the entire world watch and to hear her true ability. Despite once Charlie and Kadee find one every obstacle which gets thrown in their manner, they all now get the things they were looking for -- a voice, a platform, an audience and one another.
