Recep Vedik is at home watching television when the postman arrives with an unexpected invitation to Konya province's annual dried beans festival. Recep, who is overjoyed with the news, persuades his best friend Nurullah to accompany him, but due to a misunderstanding with the travel agency, they end up with plane tickets to Kenya, Africa, rather than Konya, Turkey. After arriving in Kenya and embarking on a safari tour, our unfortunate companions find themselves lost in the endless savannah and caught between two rival local tribes. Recep is in for a lot of adventures in this strange and exotic land, and he'll try anything to get back home, usually with hilarious results.
