It's the most exciting time of year in Third Street Elementary-- at the end of This College Year! But boredom quickly sets in such as protagonist TJ Detweiler, as his friends are all led for Summer Camp. While passing by the school on his bike, he finds a green glow from the college's auditorium. This can be the work of this of all Phillium Benedict Third Street and his group of service lookalikes! Benedict is intending to get rid of Summer Holiday with his newly-acquired tractor-beam, which he uttered out of the US Military Base in an effort to raise US Test Scores, which is up to this Recess Gang to avoid him!
