When Annie (Lily Anne Harrison) and Ralph (Brian Ames) Savage move into their dream home, their happiness is shattered by their eccentric realtor, Meg (Christie Burson), who shows up unannounced at their house and is obsessed with their relationship. As Annie and Ralph grow increasingly concerned about Meg's behavior, they push her away, but Meg refuses to leave quietly, claiming that someone is plotting to kill the Savages. When Meg continues to appear in their lives, the police are called in and she is arrested. But when Meg sends Annie a packet of information about the house to prove previous homeowners were targeted by a deadly prowler, Annie begins to wonder if Meg is truly insane or if she is attempting to save their lives.
