Sahara
Sergeant Joe Gunn and also his storage tank team grab five British soldiers, a Frenchman as well as a Sudanese man with an Italian detainee crossing the Libyan Desert to rejoin their command after the fall of Tobruk. Tambul, the Sudanese leads them to an abandoned desert citadel where they want to discover water. Soon a detachment of German soldiers gets here and also tries to barter food for water, however Gunn and also his followers refuse. When the Germans strike, Gunn leads his desert-weary men in a desperate battle, wishing that British reinforcements can arrive in time.
