Shakes the Clown
Shakes plods through his duties as party clown, spending all of his free time getting thoroughly drunk. Binky, another clown, wins a spot on a local kiddie show, which depresses Shakes even more, and his boss threatens him with dismissal if he doesn't get his act under control.
