Ken has moved along with his mother from Kansas. He talks to a girl named Julie, not knowing that her boyfriend Tom is very possessive of her. Tom is learning karate from Lee, a sensei whose brother was murdered with a rookie cop. Billy has since that time been the janitor of the faculty that Julie, Ken and Tom visit to. When Ken gets smashed up from Tom for talking to Julie again, Billy helps Ken by teaching him how to guard himself, that eventually leads to a struggle between student loan pupil, and sensei vs. sensei.
