Amy, a beautiful woman, confuses love and money and falls victim to South Beach's materialistic lifestyle. Amy has dreams that Nick, a down-to-earth young architect, cannot fulfill or afford. Amy meets Sam, an older, married man, while looking for glamour and a dancing career. Despite Sam's lavish lifestyle, she begins to sense a void for affection and attention. Amy, unable to give up Sam's financial assistance, enters another relationship with Robert, who gets suspicious. Amy quickly learns that not everything in South Beach is as it appears.
