Jang-bu was an ordinary boy except his talent. To see every moving item like a slow motion picture. As friends told him by calling'monster eyes', he chose to stick at home and not to move out. Video was his sole friend. Time passes by, and now grown up Jang-bu works at the CCTV control centre that's the best job for him. He also feels he's sharing their life that he's never needed , when he sees people's life through camera. This new endeavor opens his heart into the planet and Jang-bu starts to create some friends.
