Colombian drug kingpin Jesús Morales covertly pays to get the assistance of a sniper nicknamed"The Devil," capable of murdering onebyone the enemies of anyone who hires him. Morales develops stronger and increases control of smuggling routes into the USA, with no adversaries left alive. The DEA, alerted by this hazard into the country, sends representative Kate Estrada, who is following Marine sniper Brandon Beckett into Colombia, also Morales for years. Their assignment: Grab"The Devil" and draw Morales straight back into the US to be tried for his crimes.
