Senior high school student Saya Toma (Erika Toda) lost her parents and younger brother at a plane collision. Detective Akio Kondo (Yu Tokui) came and told her"your family has a high chance they were murdered by those that have spec." This was the very first time she heard about"spec". 6 years later decides to become a priest. After getting training by the FBI at the USA she returns. Saya Toma is assigned to work unsolved cases. Meanwhile, as a result of Satoshi Chii's (Yuu Shirota) scheme, Juichi Ninomae (Ryunosuke Kamiki) believes Saya Toma his parents' enemy and tries to push her to the edge. Satoshi Chii's scheme has caused Saya Toma and Juichi Ninomae to forget they are brother and sister. The siblings are led to some fight. A woman named Maho Ueno (Umika Kawashima) becomes involved in his or her own fight. To protect Maho Ueno, Saya Toma uses"spec".
