Strangeland
A sadist, Captain Howdy, trolls the net for teens, luring him to his home defile and to torture them. When Howdy tortures and kidnaps the daughter of authorities Detective Mike Gage, he's caught. He's sent to an asylum however is released soon after better although deemed insane. But, Gage knows it is simply a question of time until Howdy strikes and he's prepared to unleash their or her own type of retribution once the time comes.
