Bison, the leader of this international company Shadowlaw, has been desperately searching for the best fighter on our planet for decades. It is found by him in Ryu, a wanderer who never stays in 1 place. He can, however, get a fix on Ken Pros, a British martial arts champion who studied under the master as a child by Ryu. Meanwhile, Major Guile of this United States Army has been forced to team up with Chun Li from China in hopes of apprehending Bison and placing a stop his international ring of crime.
