Talons of the Eagle
After three DEA agents are slain by crime leader Mr. Li (Hong), the DEA grudgingly summons in New York cop and martial arts specialist Tyler Wilson (Blanks) and sends him undercover to Toronto to work with Canadian vice cop Michael Reeds (Merhi). Wilson and Reeds need to infiltrate Li's gang, so they enter a martial arts contest known to Mr Li to acquire talent.
