TC 2000
Environmental overkill had arrived somewhere in the future. Several people had died. The wealthy could construct the underworld, while the impoverished were forced to remain on the surface and form gangs in order to live. A scheme to assassinate everyone on the surface is discovered by Jason Storm, an underworld guard. To counter the evil scheme, he recruits Sumai, a renowned martial arts master, as an ally.
