In a beachfront California town Nick and friends Mac are on opposite surfaces of the law. While Nick is a highprofile detective seeking to take down a drug lord named Carlos mac is just a former drug dealer looking to tidy up his act. So on Nick's loyalties are put to the test once he begins an affair with restaurateur joann -- a love attention of Mac's leading his friend to some trap.
