The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans
Terrence McDonagh is a sergeant of the New Orleans Police Department who is awarded a medal and promoted to lieutenant for his heroic actions during Hurricane Katrina. McDonagh sustains a back injury as a result of his heroic gesture and develops an addiction to prescription pain pills. He subsequently becomes entangled with a drug dealer who is being investigated for the death of an African immigrant family.
