Takumi Harada transfers to Okayama Prefecture with his family throughout springtime break before his access to Junior high. On the baseball field, Takumi has huge self-confidence in his capacity as pitcher, but socially he is a loner as well as shows up unapproachable to others. Takumi satisfies a new classmate Goh Nagakura. Goh is captivated by Takumi's throwing and aspires to pair up with him as his catcher. The two join the Nitta East Junior High School baseball group, just to discover that baseball there is under the "complete control" of a dictator-like instructor. Unwilling to jeopardize his ideas, Takumi opposes and clashes with the coach. Takumi and also Goh seem to plead doing extremely well together, till the disparity of their skills begin to find between them ...
