The Black Phone
Finney Shaw, a quiet but intelligent 13-year-old, is kidnapped by a vicious murderer and imprisoned in a soundproof cellar where screams are ineffective. Finney realizes that he can hear the voices of the killer's prior victims when a disconnected phone on the wall begins to ring. In addition, they are determined to prevent Finney from experiencing the same fate.
