Two children and a ship's cook survive a shipwreck and find safety in an idyllic tropical island. Soon, however, the cook dies along with the boy and girl are left in their own. Days turned into years and Emmeline and Richard create a home for themselves surrounded by creatures and the beauty of nature. But will they see culture?
