The Fitzroy
The Fitzroy is a live-action black comedy set in a post-apocalyptic 1950s alternate universe. The world is awash in poisonous gas, and The Fitzroy hotel, an abandoned submarine off the coast of England, is the last place for a traditional seaside vacation. The story revolves around Bernard, the hotel's bellboy, cook, maintenance man, and all-around jerk, who is constantly fighting to keep the deteriorating hotel airtight and afloat. But when he falls in love with a murderous guest, he is thrown into a frenzy of lies, backstabbing, and chaos. Bernard's world literally begins to collapse around him as he struggles to conceal her murders from the other guests and suspicious authorities.
