David Warner leads a band of modern-day pirates who raid vacationing yachts and sailboats in the Caribbean. Michael Caine is a reporter who goes out to investigate the mystery of the missing boats with his son. When he encounters Warner and his band of raiders, they decide to accept him into their tribe.
