Rex is an old man who's bitter about never having lived a life without any meaning and never becoming famous. He also ultimately ends up in a nursing home surrounded by American immigrants after suffering a stroke. Put off by the circumstance, '' he focuses his energy which places him. Yet, their relationship takes on new meaning when it is found that he shook and celebrity idolized and hands together during civilization. The employees soon begin to treat Rex like the celebrity he has always imagined being.
