The Pallbearer
Tom Thompson, an aspiring architect, is informed by the mysterious Ruth Abernathy that his best friend, "Bill," has committed himself. Except Tom and his skeptical buddies have never met Bill. When Tom makes the mistake of agreeing to give the eulogy at Bill's funeral, he finds himself in a fight with Ruth, Bill's oversexed mother, and Julie DeMarco, Tom's longstanding crush whom he hasn't seen since they were teenagers.
