The Scythian Lamb
Based upon a manga created by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the tale is embeded in a former port town Uobuka, where 6 former bad guys were sent out to live there by the government, with the intent of re-socialising them. Other than the few that learn about the job, the basic townsfolk has no idea of the former convicts' identities. Tsukisue is the pleasant and efficient local authorities put in charge of the programme. As he gradually finds out about their past, a body is found.
