Tiger Claws II
Tiger Claws II finds Yeung's martial arts serial killer, Chong, ripped out of jail by gangster Dai Lo Fu's heavies and transported to San Fransisco's Chinatown. When NYC officer Tarek Richards learns of a string of recent killings employing Chong's M.O.—a claw-like mark across the victim's face—he contacts his old partner Linda Masterson, who now lives in L.A. Chong isn't involved in the murders. He's being used by crime kingpin Lo Fu, who needs to combine their energies to open a time portal to supply ancient Shaolin monks. In actuality, Lo Fu aims to utilize the gateway to sneak modern artillery back and control Qing Dynasty-era China himself.
