In 1868, a struggle between government forces and also shogunate forces are about to take place in Edo. Katsu Kaishu (Hiroshi Tamaki) needs to prevent useless bloodshed and sends out some peace envoy to Takamori Saig?, but Katsu Kaishu is unable to get a reply in Takamori Saig?. One day, Katsu Kaishu meets senior school teacher Mikako (Satomi Ishihara) and her student Masaya who's captivated by the shogunate. Also her student Masaya and mikako informs Katsu Kaishu they are out of the long term. While Mikako hopes to return to the near future where she came out katsu Kaishu takes care of Mikako and her student Masaya.
