Black marketeers Marko and Blacky fabricate and sell weapons into the resistance in WWII Belgrade, living the life that is fantastic . Marko duplicity propels him and he eventually abandons Blacky and steals his girl friend. Throughout the Yugoslavian Civil War of the 1990s, the couple re-emerges after a stay in a shelter as Marko understands that the problem is ripe for exploitation.
