A young couple undergoes plastic surgery at a run-down Eastern European hospital. The young woman wishes to have her breasts reduced. Her mother joins her for a second round of cosmetic surgery. The boyfriend comes across a young woman who is gagged and strapped to an operation table while wandering around an abandoned ward; she is the outcome of an experimental rejuvenation therapy. He sets her free, but he hasn't realized he's just started a virus that would turn physicians, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.
