Allegra's Window
Allegra's Window is a children's TV show that ran on Nick Jr. from October 24, 1994, to May 1, 1996, with reruns from May 2, 1996, to June 1998, and then on Noggin from February 2, 1999, to April 2003. The show was about the life of a young, creative puppet named Allegra. Like Sesame Street, it had live actors, puppets, and animation. Jan Fleming, John Hoffman, and Jim Jinkins came up with the idea for the show. The show also gave rise to a number of music videos that played between episodes on Nick Jr.
