Bakumatsu Rock
Ryouma Sakamoto wants everyone to know about his passion for rock 'n' roll, so he roams with his electric guitar willing to reveal anyone he experiences as the Shinsengumi stars they admire that he's just as proficient. Regrettably, Japan does not allow anything other than that group's Heaven's Songs, even such as performing or writing different types of music and can result in harsh consequences.
Agitated by these rules and brainwashing, Ryouma does everything he can to show people who the music he loves brings them. Together Kogoru Katsura and his Shinsaku Takasugi, Ryouma works hard to find places due to his rock'n' roster group to do side. Refusing to back down until their music has been recognized at Japan, the trio begin to appreciate than they had thought that there is more with their passion.
