Degrassi High
Degrassi High is the third teen drama in the Degrassi series set in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It followed the kids from The Kids of Degrassi Street and Degrassi Junior High through high school. The show was shot downtown and at Centennial College. Like its predecessor, Degrassi High dealt with AIDS, abortion, abuse, alcoholism, cheating, sex, death and suicide, dating, despair, bullying, gay rights, homophobia, racism, the environment, drugs, and eating disorders. In September 2007's u're Magazine, the show's impact on Canadian identity is explored.
