Family Feud
Family Feud is an American game show in both families compete to name the responses to a questionnaire question. The show was made by Mark Goodson and Bill Todman in the United States, now airs in various local formats.
Throughout 30 non-consecutive seasons, Family Feud has aired since its premiere in 1976. The show premiered on ABC and was hosted by Richard Dawson from 1976 until it had been cancelled in 1985, by which point it have been popular and in syndication. The series had been restored by CBS in 1988 using Ray Combs hosting along with also expanded into an abysmal format in 1992 until its cancellation in 1993. Combs hosted on the accompanying series that was syndicated until 1994, when he had been substituted by Dawson before being stranded in 1995 for one season, which likewise expanded. Later variants were hosted by Louie Anderson, Richard Karn, along with John O'Hurley. Since the 2010--11 tv season, Family Feud has been hosted by comedian/actor Steve Harvey.
The ratings of the show were said to possess improved under Harvey. Family Feud's evaluations were said to have improved a 40. Throughout the 2011--1 2 season, the fast-rising game show averaged a 4.0 and became the 5th highest rated show in all of syndication. As this 2012--1 3 season, Family Feud has regularly been the highest rated show. In 2013, TV Guide ranked it in its listing of the 60 greatest game shows ever.
