The story revolves round Haruka Nanase, a boy who has loved to swim in it, and also to be chilled in water. Before graduating from school, he participated along with R-IN Matsuoka, Makoto Tachibana, Nagisa Hazuki, along with his swimming club members. Every one of the boys went their separate ways after achieving success. Time passed, and at the middle of their school resides that were high Rin challenges and appears Haruka to a match, revealing Haruka his overwhelming capability. Perhaps not wanting it to become this, Haruka, assembles together Makoto and Nagisa and again brings a fellow member called in order to defeat R-IN, Rei Ryugazaki to produce the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club.
