Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats
It was on September 5, 1984 when the first episode of the animated television series Heathcliff was broadcast. DIC Entertainment was the company that was responsible for producing this second series based on the Heathcliff comic strip. Up till the year 1988, a total of 86 episodes were broadcast via syndication of the show. Heathcliff and Dingbat was the first television show to be adapted from the comic strip, and its premiere took place in 1980. The show was produced by Ruby-Spears. Mel Blanc was the voice actor that played Heathcliff in both of the series.
