There are vampires. Hellsing, a British government-sponsored institution, is tasked with concealing that terrifying fact and protecting the blissfully unknowing public. Hellsing has a few secret weapons in addition to its own personal army. Hellsing has been controlling Alucard, an extraordinarily powerful vampire, for years. He detest being a servant to the Hellsings, but he enjoys his job as Hellsing's vampire exterminator. Seras is a new vampire and a former cop. Despite her reluctance to accept her new identity, she remains an important member of the team. The current commander, Integra Hellsing, is typically more than competent of carrying out her responsibilities, but vampire activity has recently increased. Unfortunately, the cause is far more concerning than she could have imagined...
