JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
Beginning in 19th century England, Jonathan Joestar, a young nobleman, finds himself in a violent rivalry with Dio Brando, a low-born kid whom Jonathan's father took under his wing after Dio's father died. Dissatisfied with his lot in life, Dio seeks the magical powers of an old Aztec stone mask in the Joestars' possession –a relic that will transform Dio and Jonathan's fate for generations to come. Jonathan's grandson Joseph Joestar must take up his grandfather's task fifty years later, in 1938 New York City, and learn the talents required to destroy the stone mask and its incredibly powerful makers, the Pillar men, who pose a threat to humanity's very existence.
