Macross Zero
Occurring one year prior to the events of the original Macross collection, Macross No narrates the last days of the battle between the U.N. Spacy and anti-U.N. factions. After being rejected by the anti-U.N.'s latest fighter aircraft, ace pilot Shin Kudo finds himself on the remote island of Mayan, where modern technology is virtually non-existent. While Shin remains on the island to heal his injuries, the peace of the island is ruined by a fight that involves the UN's most recent competitor - the VF-0.
