Neighbours is a Australian television soap opera. The show concern the professional and domestic lives of the folks who work and live in Erinsborough. The show centres around the residents of Ramsay Street along with its neighbouring areas, the Lassiters complex, that comprises a bar, hotel, cafe, news park and office. Neighbours started with three families the Robinsons, the Ramsays and the Clarkes. Watson explained that he wished to show three families that are friends. The Robinsons and the Ramsays had a very long history and were involved in an ongoing competition.
