Tsumiki Miniwa, a small girl who packs a punch, is deeply in love with her best friend, easy going and tall Io Otonashi. The only problem is she can not bring herself to come out and declare it. And, in spite of the fact they can read her just like a publication, Io does not seem to have the ability to pick up the clues--even with most of their friends teasing that there is no better suited for one another.
Acchi Kocchi follows Tsumiki and her circle of friends while they undergo their lives. Between also the nosebleed-prone Hime, Sakaki the good-natured prankster , and Mayoi the electronics nerd, Tsumiki's friends won't ever let her live down her crush. If Tsumiki will gain the courage to say how she truly feels, but only time will tell.
