Spin City is a clever, intelligent sitcom about the inner workings of City Hall in America's largest city. Workaholic Deputy Mayor Mike Flaherty is Mayor Randall Winston's top strategist and manager. Mike manages the city with the support of his quirky team: an anxious and insecure press secretary, a chauvinist, rude chief of staff, a bright and efficient, man-crazy accountant, and an idealistic young speechwriter. They're all professional capable but personally challenged, much like Mike.
