Strike Witches
It is now 1939, which is when the Neuroi first showed up. No one knows where they came from or what their ultimate goal is, but people left their towns and cities because of their attacks. So that people can fight back against the Neuroi, a new weapon called the "Striker Unit" is made. Monsters can be fought with magic, and this new device boosts and amplifies the magic power of women who use it. Young witches from all over the world have been assembled into an elite task force unit known as the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, sometimes known as the "Strike Witches," in order to use this gadget.
