Caitlin"Cat" Sullivan is a NYPD detective employed in Brooklyn. Once her driving privileges are suspended, '' she is based on Leo Romba, a Brooklyn cab driver from France. Leo becomes Cat's driver and also a consultant in her behalf cases. An NYPD detective thought to have been implemented by the Capella crime , while her unauthorized investigation is currently conducting into the death of her father. In doing this, she clashes with her boss, Captain Baker.
