Texas is an American day soap opera which aired on NBC before December 31, 1982 from August 4, 1980. Procter & Gamble Productions in NBC Studios in Brooklyn, New York City sponsored and made it. Texas is a spinoff of Another World. It had been co-created by executive producer Paul Rauch of Another World, Joyce Hooper Corrington, also thoughts authors John William Corrington. Rauch would hold the title of executive producer to get its parent show and its own spin-off before 1981.
