The newest ambassador to Thailand, luis Salinas, who knows when he makes it that long -- he's going to receive his fingers dirty in the next four years. His wife, Claudia, and their daughter Ester accompanied him. Recognizing the constellation of life in the embassy is all going to change the staff gear up in nervous anticipation. Life will change, however in a way that Luis would never have imagined it.
