Frank Nordling is a defense lawyer that is promising and young. When Frank finds the facts behind his parents' departure, his world unravels. As children, Frank and his sister Sara watched their parents die in an explosion triggered by a carbomb. Since Frank discovers , they were killed by one of those leaders in the criminal underworld of Copenhagen. In order to avenge his parents Frank must infiltrate the company of Waldman and become his lawyer and trusted confidant. To prevent putting individuals near to him Frank has to keep appearances up and play the game. But how can he handle it? Is it worth the price? And who tricking whom?
