The Millionaire is a American anthology series which aired on CBS from January 1 9, 1955, to June 8, 1960, originally sponsored by Colgate-Palmolive. The series explored wealth and the manners shifted life for better or for worse and turned into a struck through the Golden Age of Television. It told the stories of people who had awarded one million dollars from a benefactor who insisted he is never known by them . The series was famous in syndication by two titles - The Millionaire, so that If You Had a Million.
